Property Listing
The longtime Carmel Valley home of America’s Sweetheart of the 1950s and ‘60s, the late film icon, singer and animal activist Doris Day — is on the market for the first time.
All proceeds from the sale of the 8.62-acre property and home at 6730 Carmel Valley Road will go to the beloved animal charity she founded in 1978, the Doris Day Animal Foundation (DDAF). The property is being listed for $7.4 million by Team Steiny, Doug & Lisa Steiny of Sotheby’s International Real Estate.
This video presents Doris Day’s property as it was being prepared for auction and includes some lovely images of the interior of her home.
